This will be an informal event with the opportunity to ask all your burning upholstery questions to renowned and experienced experts. How do you get that stitch just right? When did springs come into popular use? Why isn't my rolled edge straight? How do you deal with that tricky customer? How do I progress my upholstery skills in modern or traditional? and more.
Chaired by Robbie, currently the panel guests include:
- Neil Banyard award winning entrepreneur and founder of Facelift Interiors and Facelift Academy.
- Layla La Monde the viewpoint from a student moving into the professional world of upholstery.
- Samantha Daglish of Studio54 on running a successful upholstery business.
- Gareth Rees on traditional upholstery, the history of upholstery and much more.
A cooked breakfast with pastries, tea, coffee and orange juice will be provided. The session runs up until the event opening at 10am.
